Website use
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Grit & Glitter Athletics is a DBA of DJM Consulting Group. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
Products and pricing information
Products, colors, sizes and prices shown are subject to change and availability. Screen colors and product photography are representations and may differ slightly from the finished garment. We may correct errors, and we may decline or cancel an order and issue a refund where an item is unavailable or a pricing or listing error occurred.
Team store purchases
Team stores present a curated assortment created for a specific organization. Store availability, open and close dates, delivery method and any fundraising arrangement are agreed with that organization. Orders placed in a team store are subject to the store's stated dates and terms.
Custom and made-to-order products
Most team pieces are decorated and produced to order after your purchase. Production begins after the applicable approval process is complete and typically cannot be changed or cancelled once it has started.
Organization-approved artwork
Garments, colors and designs are selected, created and configured by Grit & Glitter Athletics. Customers do not design, upload artwork for, or otherwise customize products through this website. The participating organization is responsible for confirming it has the right to use all names, logos, trademarks and other protected material supplied to us, and for approving the final collection before production.
Intellectual property
Site content, brand marks and G&G-created designs remain the property of Grit & Glitter Athletics or the respective organization and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without written permission.
Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by our third-party payment processor. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is captured and we send an order confirmation.
Shipping
Shipping timelines begin after production is complete. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Returns and final-sale products
Ready-made pieces may be returned unworn within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order, decorated and organization-specific items may be final sale. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded when reported promptly. See our Shipping + Returns page for details.
Fundraising contributions
Where a team store includes a fundraising contribution, the stated amount per eligible item is remitted to the participating organization on the schedule agreed with that organization. Contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations unless the organization states otherwise.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site to submit unlawful, infringing or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, to scrape or resell site content, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grit & Glitter Athletics and DJM Consulting Group are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business or applicable law changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
