This policy explains how Grit & Glitter Athletics, a DBA of DJM Consulting Group, handles information collected through this website, our team stores and our order process.

We collect information you provide through forms, accounts and purchases — including your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, organization or team name, order details and any message you send us. We also receive standard technical information from your browser, such as device type, browser type, IP address and pages viewed.

We use your information to process, produce and ship orders; to operate team stores and respond to team order and team store inquiries; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud and misuse; to improve the website and our products; and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Card numbers and full payment credentials are entered directly with that processor and are never stored on our systems. We receive only limited confirmation details such as the transaction result, amount and the last digits of the card.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and session working, remember preferences, and measure aggregate traffic and performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function correctly if you do.
Third-party service providers
We share information only with the providers needed to run the business — payment processing, hosting and site infrastructure, email delivery, decoration and production partners, and shipping carriers. Marketing communications
If you opt in, we may send occasional emails about new releases, team store launches and promotions. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Order confirmations, production updates and shipping notifications are transactional and are sent as part of fulfilling a purchase.
Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the order, provide support and satisfy tax, accounting and legal requirements. Account and marketing information is kept until you ask us to delete it or your account is closed.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Orders for youth athletes are expected to be placed by a parent, guardian, coach or organization representative. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your privacy choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or opt out of marketing at any time. Contact us using the email below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
